- You will be responsible for the business calculation of our measures and the argumentation towards the competent authorities.
- You are responsible for the certification and recertification of subsidized further education and orientation measures according to AZAV.
- You lead our QM and certification team and establish new processes.
- You research various funding guidelines and regulations.
- You prepare and accompany audits by external authorities; you conduct internal audits on your own responsibility.

Your Tasks
As an expert in the field of quality management for further education and educational institutions, your task is to ensure the certification of new further education offers for the DCI as well as the quality of our entire educational offer including all processes. Since our founding, we have been growing very fast and in addition to our locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig and Düsseldorf, we are also available to our participants completely remotely. We are looking forward to your application!
Your Skills
- You have experience in quality management and in the conception of educational and training programs.
- Detecting trends and validating ideas are in your nature.
- You have first work experience in the education sector, ideally in product conception and/or QM.
- Knowledge of AZAV certification and certification of measures are part of your skills.
- You work in detail and bring an analytical way of thinking and a basic understanding of business administration.
- Strong communication and very good expressiveness in German and English are standard for you.
- Your knowledge of DIN ISO 9001 is a big plus.
