Ab sofort suchen wir eine oder einen IT-System Administrator zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen, wachsenden IT-Teams vor Ort in Berlin in Vollzeit.

Mit viel Herzblut und Engagement verantwortest Du unsere IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerktechnik.

Wer sind wir?
Unsere Mission ist es, Menschen den Einstieg durch eine qualifizierte Fortbildungsmaßnahme (je 10-12 Monate) in diesem Bereich zu ermöglichen. In einem großen Team schulen wir unsere StudentInnen fachlich, persönlich und coachen sie, damit ein nahtloser Einstieg in ihr neues Berufsleben ermöglicht wird.

Deine Aufgaben

Netzwerk Management:

Konfiguration, Wartung und Optimierung von Netzwerkinfrastrukturen.
Überwachung der Netzwerkleistung und Behebung von Problemen.
Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für das Netzwerk.

Systemadministration:

Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Servern und anderen IT-Systemen.
Verwalten von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechten.
Überwachung der Systemleistung und Fehlerbehebung.

Datensicherung und -wiederherstellung:

Implementierung und Überwachung von Backup-Strategien.
Sicherstellung der Integrität und Verfügbarkeit von Daten.
Planung und Durchführung von Notfallwiederherstellungsmaßnahmen.

Sicherheitsmanagement:

Implementierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Best Practices.
Identifizierung und Behebung von Sicherheitslücken.
Überwachung von Antiviren- und Sicherheitssoftware.

Softwareinstallation und Updates:

Installation und Aktualisierung von Betriebssystemen und Anwendungssoftware.
Lizenzverwaltung und Sicherstellung der Software-Compliance.
Fehlerbehebung bei Softwareproblemen.

Endpunktverwaltung:

Konfiguration und Support von Workstations, Laptops und Mobilgeräten.

Deine Skills

Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Computertechnik, Naturwissenschaften oder ähnlichem
Mehrjährige, einschlägige Erfahrung im IT-Betrieb (z. B. IT-Helpdesk, Netzwerk und Sicherheit)
Fähigkeit, technische Informationen sowohl technischen als auch nichttechnischen Interessengruppen klar zu vermitteln
Effektive Kommunikation mit Teammitgliedern und Endbenutzern
Kritisches Denken zur Analyse und Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme
Anpassungsfähigkeit zur schnellen Fehlerbehebung und Lösungsfindung
Flexibilität im Umgang mit sich entwickelnden Technologien und sich ändernden Prioritäten
Offenheit für das Erlernen neuer Tools und Methoden
Zusammenarbeit mit KollegInnen zur effizienten Problemlösung
Wissen und Fähigkeiten mit Teammitgliedern teilen

Wissen über TCP/IP-, DHCP- und DNS

We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator to strengthen our small but growing IT team at our Berlin office in a full-time capacity.

With a lot of passion and commitment, you will be responsible for our IT infrastructure and network technology.

Who are we?
Our mission is to help people get started in the field by providing qualified training. As part of a large and growing team, we train and coach our students professionally and personally to ensure a seamless start to their new (digital) career.

Your Tasks

Network Management:

* Configuration, maintenance, and optimization of network infrastructures.
* Monitoring network performance and addressing issues.
* Implementing security measures for the network.System Administration:

* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and other IT systems.
* Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
* Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting.

Data Backup and Recovery:

* Implementation and monitoring of backup strategies.
* Ensuring the integrity and availability of data.
* Planning and executing emergency recovery measures.

Security Management:

* Implementing security policies and best practices.
* Identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities.
* Monitoring antivirus and security software.

Software Installation and Updates:

* Installing and updating operating systems and application software.
* License management and ensuring software compliance.
* Troubleshooting software issues.

Endpoint Management:

* Configuration and support of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.

Your Skills

* Bachelor's Degree in Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.
* 5+ years working within IT operations spanning IT help desk, network, and security.
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Effective communication with team members and end-users.
* Critical thinking to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
* Adaptability to quickly troubleshoot and find solutions.
* Flexibility to handle evolving technologies and changing priorities.
* Openness to learning new tools and methodologies.
* Collaboration with colleagues for efficient problem resolution.
* Sharing knowledge and skills with team members.
* Prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines.

Nice to have
